"Our mission as a department is to make young women and men to function as community and first level physicians competent for improving community health by providing opportunities for faculty-facilitated experiential learning in the community throughout the course and helping them to identify & solve community's real problems and their contributing factors using sound epidemiological and research principles; and to work incessantly for quality improvement to make our institution's vision of ‘HEALTH FOR ALL’ come true."
